Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.

Duties :

Design graphics for various marketing materials including social media posts, banners, and advertisements

Collaborate with the Real Estate Agents and Management to develop creative solutions

Create visual elements such as logos, video elements, and illustrations

Ensure brand consistency throughout all marketing projects

Incorporate feedback from the team to refine designs

Experience : The successful candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas :

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suits for graphic design projects

Understanding of color management and its application in design projects

Experience in motion graphics for dynamic visual content creation

Skills in photo manipulation and digital art creation

Knowledge of market trends to create relevant and engaging designs

This is a paid position. We are looking for a creative individual who is passionate about design and eager to contribute innovative ideas to our team. Must be bilingual (Spanish & English) or have basic knowledge in Spanish.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours : 35 per week, plus possible extra hours

Schedule :

Monday to Friday

Experience :

Graphic design : 1 year (Preferred)

Adobe Creative Suite : 1 year (Preferred)

Adobe Illustrator : 1 year (Preferred)

Basic proficiency in Spanish

Ability to Commute :

Chicago, IL 60629 (Required)

Work Location : In person

Salary : $16 - $18
