What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Salesperson (entry level) position at Cloud, Inc.?
We are looking for a full-time, highly motivated, and detailed oriented individual who wants to work in a challenging, yet rewarding fast-paced commercial construction company with a focus on HVAC. We are a 2nd Generation family-owned business who truly sees the importance of every member of our team.
We are looking for an entry level salesperson to join our sales team. Knowledge of HVAC/Construction is a plus, but the new team member would train in a variety of assistant rolls over the first few years while developing their customer base.
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with minimal oversight while also functioning well in a team environment; able to remain focused while sharing a busy office space; highly organized and enthusiastic as well as creative in their approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
The individual should possess the following skills:
1. Outgoing personality and good communication skills.
2. Clean Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
3. Highly organized with the ability to multi task.
4. High level of attention to detail.
5. Willingness to drive to various locations in the DMV Area to meet with customers
6. Relevant experience in HVAC and/or Construction is a plus.
7. Strong computer skills, understands how to navigate around and store data in logical sequences, at ease with learning new software, etc.
8. Willing to assist in other general duties of the company, as this is a smaller operation and staff needs to be flexible to assist in areas as time and needs require.
