Site Supervisor
As a Site Supervisor of one of our ghost kitchen facilities you will be required to report to the facility you manage each day and be the owner of property management, facility cleanliness, building maintenance and customer experience.
This is an hourly role; full time commitment 40-50 hrs/ week and best-suited for a professional leader who wants to progress with the company in the long term.
On the job You will be responsible for:
Customer Service and Employee Management
● Managing and training a facility team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
● Running food during non-administrative shifts
● Filling in shifts during call-outs, general staffing help
● Communicating and maintaining relationships with partners daily
● Working with Customer Success team members to ensure partners are ready for big orders / launches / spikes in business
● Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among facility teams and other departments
Building Repair and Maintenance - Training & support will be provided to complete these tasks.
● Performs routine inspections with guidance of HVAC units, refrigeration units, water heaters, and ice machines. Identify fire, OSHA and building code violations.
● Performs general upkeep, repairs and maintenance. Examples include cleaning, patch & painting, power-washing, minor landscaping, repairing drywall, tile, doors and other building fixtures
● Performs minor plumbing and electrical repairs. Examples include repairing or replacing faucet fixtures, fix a plumbing leak, plunging toilets, replacing outlets and lightswitches, diagnosing power consumption, and performing facility power audits
● Assists with assembly, transportation and installation of kitchen equipment
● Documents, reports and maintains log of all maintenance work completed
● Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized cleaning services, such as deep cleaning or equipment maintenance
Health and Cleanliness
● Uphold cleaning and sanitation protocols for the ghost kitchen facility, ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations
● Ensure partner compliance to safety and health department protocols
● Monitor and enforce proper waste disposal procedures, including recycling, cooking oil and composting where applicable
● Respond promptly to any cleaning-related emergencies or incidents, addressing them efficiently to minimize downtime
Tech Support
● Troubleshooting processing center, kitchen, and facility hardware issues
Inventory & Ordering; Audits
● Reviewing daily inventories
● Making orders with vendors to replenish inventories and supplies
● Performing storage and common area audits
Administrative & Strategic
● Training with more senior positions in support, data analytics and reporting
● Participating in planning sessions with management and peers
● Reviewing and reporting KPI metrics to facility management and processing team; contributing to goal setting and planningWeekend availability
You Need to Have:
● Minimum 1 year experience in food service management, cleaning management, and facility maintenance. Preferably experience in two of those categories.
● Ability to maintain a positive attitude and composure in a fast paced environment
● Articulately communicate in a professional tone both verbally and in writing
● Ability to problem solve independently
● High degree of integrity, autonomy and ownership
● Flexibility (expect frequent change as we define the future)
● Open schedule

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
