About The Role: Full Time Medical Assistant/Medical Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Full Time Medical Assistant/Medical Administrator to join our team and help us achieve our mission of healing with love. We hope you’re a “people-person” who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment and prioritizes delivering an amazing patient experience. You’ll join our Longmont and Boulder offices, and become part of a high-energy team with a passion for improving our patients’ well-being. We are actively scaling our practice, so this is a position with room for upward mobility in your career.
Role Outcomes:
- Successful management of patient experience, ensuring all patients receive the care and support they need to achieve their health goals.
- Efficient maintenance of patient records, both demographic and medical.
- Continuous improvement for Cloud; we invite you to help us identify where we can empower patients and team with processes and initiatives aimed at enhancing overall practice performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with patients and fellow team members as you help create an exceptional patient experience.
- Draw blood, collect bio samples, or perform other diagnostic specimen collection tasks.
- Record patient information including vital signs and medical history at each appointment.
- Clean and prepare exam rooms and medical instruments.
- Update and maintain digital client records and transition hard copy records to digital format.
- Answer phones and schedule appointments, while demonstrating exceptional customer service.
- Check patients in and check patients out, collect payment.
- Update patient demographics, and additional administrative/clerical tasks
- Facilitate a comprehensive patient encounter as you undertake a multitude of crucial, detail oriented tasks.
