Dental Clinic Administrator
Our office is an established and patient-focused dental practice committed to providing exceptional oral healthcare in a comfortable and welcoming environment. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Dental Clinic Administrator to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our clinic.
About the Role:
The Dental Clinic Administrator is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our clinic. This includes managing staff, patient scheduling, financial operations, and maintaining a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Oversee and support all clinic staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and resolving employee relations issues.
- Patient Management: Ensure efficient patient scheduling, manage patient flow, handle patient inquiries and concerns, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Financial Operations: Manage billing and collections, process insurance claims, track expenses, prepare financial reports, and oversee payroll.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and dental board guidelines.
- Marketing & Patient Relations: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients, maintain positive patient relationships, and manage online reputation.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and management of dental supplies and equipment.
- Facility Management: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment.
- Technology Management: Oversee the maintenance and functionality of dental software and other technology systems with the relationship of our preferred IT company
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in clinic operations and implement changes to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dental Clinic Administrator or in a similar healthcare management role.
- Strong understanding of dental office procedures, insurance billing, and HIPAA regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., [List specific software if applicable]).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Back office experience is a plus!!
