We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Principal Collaboration engineer mainly focussed Google Workspace to lead the strategy and execution of our Google Workspace environment. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring operational excellence, and maximizing the value of Google Workspace for our organization. You will possess a deep understanding of Google Workspace and related technologies, along with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions in large enterprise environments.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership :
Define the overall vision and strategy for Google Workspace within the organization, aligning it with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
Design and implement complex Google Workspace solutions, including large-scale migrations, integrations with third-party applications, and custom application development.
Develop and enforce security policies and controls to protect sensitive data within Google Workspace, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
Identify opportunities to leverage Google Workspace to drive business innovation and process improvement.
Qualifications :
10 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Google Workspace administration and engineering in large enterprise environments.
Expert-level knowledge of Google Workspace administration tools and services.
Google Workspace Certified Professional (or equivalent) is required.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges : $165,550-$248,324 CA generally ranges : $172,748-$259,122 All other locations fall under our General State range : $143,957-$215,935 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
