Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and oversee EHS initiatives at our facility in New Martinsville, WV. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, promoting a culture of safety, and implementing best practices in EHS management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical or petrochemical manufacturing and be well-versed in risk analysis methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage environmental, health, and safety protocols during construction and ongoing operations.
• Champion process safety and environmental stewardship initiatives to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment.
• Develop, implement, and refine best practices within EHS management to drive continuous improvement.
• Guarantee adherence to all applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies using methodologies such as HAZOP and FMEA.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to ensure compliance and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of EHS experience, with at least 3 years in chemical and/or petrochemical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, including OSHA, EPA, and other relevant standards.
• Expertise in risk assessment and analysis methodologies such as HAZOP and FMEA.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive EHS initiatives effectively.
• Proven ability to develop and implement EHS programs and policies.
