Cloud SynApps is a fast-growing consulting and systems integration firm that focuses on cloud applications, primarily on Salesforce-based platforms. Cloud SynApps has its major operations in Canada, USA and India. We've actively built our Salesforce practice and have quickly grown into one of the strongest Systems Integrators within Salesforce Public Sector space.

While Public Sector is our passion, we are also growing into other verticals including Insurance and Telcom space. We are one of the largest Systems integrators for Vlocity (recently acquired by salesforce) and Clariti Solutions (erstwhile BasicGov Applications) and have implemented these solutions for several municipal, provincial / state, federal and public sector clients. Our consultants and associates have deep industry expertise and live by our core values. We also invest heavily in developing unique Salesforce based solutions and accelerators which in our experience, are required by our clients.

Required Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in technical design and development within the Salesforce and SFI domains, consistently adhering to industry best practices and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Batch Apex, triggers, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Omnistudio component-based implementations, such as Flexcards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and Omniscripts.
  • Active participation and contribution to at least three (3) Salesforce and SFI industry implementations, both in collaborative team environments and through individual contributions.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud, including their configuration and customization.
  • Proven hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Gitlab, GitHub, SFDX, Gearset, and Copado.
  • Valid Salesforce Admin, App Builder, Developer I, and Omnistudio Consultant / Developer Certifications.

Additional Advantages :

  • Demonstrated experience in the Public Sector, including familiarity with Public Sector solutions within Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Public Sector Solutions experience and certifications.
  • Experience in Solution Design and Deployment Plan preparation, with a proven ability to execute technical design documentation.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Management practices and Salesforce Security Design principles.
  • Salesforce Application Architect certification and practical experience.
