Oracle Cloud HRIS Manager
Our client, a long-standing and very stable corporation with superb culture, is looking for a hands-on HRIS Manager. The company utilizes the Oracle Cloud HCM platform so Oracle Cloud HCM experience is a must. This is a player-coach role, meaning that 50% of your time will be focused on managing a small team of direct reports, and 50% of your time will be doing hands-on tasks within Oracle.
Responsibilities:
- Manage small team of HRIS Analysts
- Oversee support team
- Main POC for consulting partner, navigating partner spend, deliverables, etc
- Hands-on tasks can include configuration changes, quarterly upgrades, integrations, etc
- At least 2 yrs experience managing direct reports
- Hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM experience
- Ability to travel once per quarter
- Excellent communication skills
- Salary will be dependent on experience but max will be $145-150K for an ideal candidate
