Description:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Process Architect to join the Shared Services team, which focuses on process optimization, technology solution design, data management, and reporting. In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional business processes and contribute to the design and implementation of IT projects that support operational initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to develop scalable, innovative solutions and drive long-term development roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership to stakeholders, business owners, partners, and IT teams to analyze and optimize the company’s business process architecture.
- Present process recommendations and design solutions clearly and concisely to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Lead the development and enhancement of the business capability model and optimize the process framework to fit into the system ecosystem.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including process maps, metrics, business requirements, and impact analyses for complex or interrelated processes.
- Implement change management systems and author specifications/requirements for developers to automate process designs.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering required.
Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in process management, business process improvement, or business modeling.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), Design Thinking, or Agile-Scrum methodologies preferred.
- Strong experience with complex business architecture design and system solutions that enable enterprise-wide capabilities.
- Proven expertise in executive-level communication, cross-functional leadership, and influencing outcomes.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with documenting technology integrations and strategies using SDLC or similar methodologies.
- Knowledge of tools for monitoring, logging, and optimizing application performance.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
- Approximately 15% travel may be required.
- Preferred experience in business process design, system design, or telecommunications.
