We are seeking L4 HSIA Support Engineer, in our St Louis, MO or Remote office.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
L4 HSIA Support Engineer- this is primarily escalations support work. The L4 needs to be confident, knowledgeable, and able to drive things forward, self starter, etc. (Senior/expert/strong product and industry knowledge. Should have a consultant mindset.). The L 4will create templates for the L2s to follow. They will need strong product knowledge/expertise. 8 years of recent HSIA industry experience including a strong history of operations and implementation support.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational readiness for all HSIA designs (emerging/existing/take-overs)
- Document HSIA designs/configurations for HSIA installation
- Support live site testing for all HSIA products
- Provide operational support for HSIA during installation/post-installation stages (including troubleshooting)
- Maintain (Upgrade/Patch/Troubleshoot) HSIA technology stack for established standard designs in accordance to vendor guidelines
- Act as the point of escalation for vendor support/troubleshooting
- Work with product/CTO teams on product design life-cycle activities.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years experience in a day 2 support role of HSIA.
- Seasoned work experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar role
- Seasoned experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations
- This is a REMOTE role, however the preference is the St. Louis, MO area, given client locations. There may be some infrequent asks to travel to large customer sites up to 25%, but the role is primarily remote.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Aruba Professional Certification preferred
