Job Overview : We are seeking a hands-on AI Director to lead our advanced AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in developing cutting-edge solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI (GenAI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), advanced AI algorithms, deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Vision models, and language transformers. As an AI Director, you will drive innovation, oversee AI projects, and lead a team of talented AI professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the AI team to develop and deploy AI solutions across various domains.
• Proven experience in developing AI solutions using LLMs, GenAI, NLP, advanced AI algorithms, deep learning / TensorFlow, Vision models, and language transformers.
• Drive research and development of advanced AI algorithms and deep learning techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate relevant technologies into the organization.
• Provide strategic guidance on AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
