We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Google Analytics and a strong background in federal projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that will drive decision-making and strategy for our federal clients.
Responsibilities :
- Google Analytics Expertise :
Utilize Google Analytics to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
Implement and manage Google Analytics tracking codes to ensure accurate data collection.
Generate custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for both internal teams and federal clients.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of federal project requirements, compliance, and regulations.
Work closely with federal clients to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with government standards and guidelines.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Translate complex data findings into understandable and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics into project workflows.
Communicate findings, recommendations, and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices related to Google Analytics and federal project management.
Propose and implement enhancements to existing processes and methodologies.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Google Analytics and federal projects.
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and its various features.
Familiarity with federal regulations, compliance standards, and project management methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Relevant certifications in Google Analytics and federal project management are a plus.
