REQUIRED SKILLS
- 2 work streams - Supporting from OCM and communications. Putting together materials and executing it - senior level person who can figure this out on their own.
- 1 st Project : HR related - time and attendance (30-32 hours per week - running long term 12 months from now)
- 2 nd Project : Crisis Communications (4-6 hours per week)
- Someone with experience in manufacturing - dealing with the plants and plant managers. Someone who has this experience would be very helpful.
- Owning the OCM
