REQUIRED SKILLS

Candidates MUST have 5 years' experience with Blue Yonder SCPO solutions - Candidates without this experience specifically listed on their resume will be auto-rejected.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years demonstrated experience in Product Ownership / Product Management, Business Consulting, IT Business Analysis, or another related field
  • 5 years demonstrated experience with the BlueYonder SCPO supply chain planning solutions with an emphasis on demand planning and / or fulfillment modules as a functional consultant, solution architect or a technical lead, , 7 years is preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Agile or SAFe certification(s) highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to influence change within large, complex organizations
  • Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g. Atlassian) and flowchart tools (e.g. Visio, Lucid Chart) strongly preferred
  • Experience working with databases (e.g. Oracle) and working with large datasets and prior experience / understanding of coding techniques utilized with SCPO
  • Detailed understanding of demand planning processes in a retail or food industry and an overall understanding of supply chain planning processes
  • Understanding of latest best practices such as apply AI / ML to improve planning process efficiency and accuracy
