Office Culture

  • Education - we believe that knowledge should be free to those who seek it. We are here to fill the gap between the medical industry and true pet health care by providing tools and resources to our pet owners to better their pet's quality of life. We explore all possibilities in health and do not discount the experiences and observations of our pet owners.
  • Community - "it takes a village" does not just apply to children but to our fur babies as well. We are a team working with our pet owners and their other pet health providers to provide longevity and joy to the animals we come in contact with.
  • Ownership - we take responsibility for our actions and the results that come from them. We celebrate our wins and discuss our short falls so that we can grow. This is vital for the work we do because the way an animal behaves in our care comes down to our own behavior from the second that animal walks in our door until they leave. We do not believe in the luxury of being nervous around an animal, this breeds fear and insecurity.
  • Kindness - we are an inclusive safe space for all people and animals. We treat ourselves and others with compassion, allowing ourselves to be true to who we are, while not stepping on the rights of those around us. No person or animal will ever be shown disrespect or have a grudge harbored against them, this includes our selves and our teammates.
  • Systems - we strive to be efficient and methodical in all that we do. Consistency is the key to providing a positive experience to every animal and human that walks in our doors. Every pet and their owner deserve a VIP experience that is consistent across phone calls, email, text and in person interactions.
