Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Oil & Gas and expertise in GenAI-driven project management. The role will focus on overseeing Zendata MDM data cleansing initiatives, ensuring data quality, governance, and AI-driven automation. The ideal candidate will have exceptional client relationship management skills and be adept at delivering high-impact C-suite presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage GenAI-powered MDM data cleansing projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables for Zendata MDM initiatives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for Oil & Gas enterprises.
Develop and present strategic insights into C-suite executives, translating complex data-driven findings into actionable business decisions.
Ensure adherence to data governance and best practices in MDM implementation.
Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Drive innovation by leveraging AI/ML technologies to optimize data management and cleansing processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
5 years of project management experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
5 years of proven expertise in GenAI and MDM (Master Data Management) data cleansing projects.
Strong background in client engagement and stakeholder management.
Experience in presenting to C-suite executives and senior leadership.
Proficiency in Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
Knowledge of industry-standard data governance and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
Experience working with Zendata MDM or similar GenAI based platforms.
Familiarity with AI/ML-driven data management solutions.
