GENERAL SUMMARY
The Social Media Manager role is for a creative individual with fantastic interpersonal skills and strong leadership who will work closely with internal marketing, licensing and content teams, as well as external partners and licensees to communicate and execute the marketing strategy for Cloudco Entertainment brands. The Social Media Manager will help to position Cloudco Entertainment brands for optimal brand exposure, and report to the VP of Marketing while collaborating in a fast-paced environment with our internal teams.
Location : Remote or based in Cleveland, OH.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management
- Develop and maintain a cross-platform social media content calendar to align with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Create compelling multimedia content, including videos, GIFs, and animations, design key art for social media content and digital ads for various social media platforms, alongside Digital Media Producer and with full support of Cloudco's creative team and style guide assets.
- Coordinate with Director, International Marketing and regional PR teams to ensure social media content is culturally relevant and regionally optimized.
- Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns around key events, product launches, and brand milestones.
- Craft impactful and relevant creative editorial.
- Community management across Facebook and Instagram.
