Job Role: ServiceNow Developer | Expected start date: 1st June.
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire. The initial contract is for 12 months, with the potential to convert into a direct hire after the contract period.
Job Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States.
Work Hours: 40 Hours per Week, typically Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (HST)
Work Style: Hybrid Work setting. 3 days/week in the office are required.

Key Skillset and Competencies for this Role:
- Must have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong understanding of core ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with ITOM, Discovery, or Service Mapping.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with other ITSM platforms or enterprise service management tools.
- Experience with scripting languages including JavaScript, Glide, and AngularJS.
- Excellent knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
- Excellent understanding of integrations with REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement out-of-the-box and custom ServiceNow applications for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or other modules.
- Develop ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain system documentation and configuration standards.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and system architecture.
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
