Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand the organization's needs and requirements for a specific project or service.
- Conduct research and gather information from relevant stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of the project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes.
- Craft a well-structured and detailed Statement of Work (SOW) document that clearly outlines the project requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission guidelines.
- Ensure the SOW is compliant with the organization's procurement policies and any relevant legal or regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, legal, and subject matter experts, to ensure the SOW is comprehensive and accurate.
- Manage the SOW distribution and communication process, responding to vendor inquiries and providing clarification as needed.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of the procurement process, including vendor proposals and evaluation criteria.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the IT division, ensuring consistency and efficiency in operations.
- Collaborate with IT team members to identify areas where SOPs are needed, and develop comprehensive, step-by-step procedures to guide the execution of various IT tasks and processes.
