What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scrum Master position at Cloudious LLC?
Scrum Master
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proven experience leading Agile teams with automated application deployments scaling and management.
- Strong background in largescale software development data management and software integration projects.
- Expertise in the SAFe Agile framework.
- Experience with Project and Configuration Management tools (e.g. Jira GitHub).
- Experience facilitating briefings to senior leadership and capturing actions from meetings.
- Detailoriented with a focus on technical documentation.
Helps to ensure coordination and collaboration across multiple teams to ensure delivery of high value to the customer. Facilitates discussion decision making conflict resolution and continuous improvement. Builds a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of punishment. Build effective partnership with the Product Owner and provide mentoring and support especially with respect to refining and managing the product backlog and release planning aligning delivery expectations with all stakeholders. Coordinates with Project Management. Participate in the Scrum of Scrums.
CSM Certificaiton will be highly preferred
