Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to work with our clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Work closely with Salesforce Architects to design scalable solutions
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business processes using Salesforce features
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication
- Support end-users during testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support
- Prioritize and refine backlog items based on business value and feasibility
- Create and maintain documentation (user guides, training materials, process diagrams)
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus in Salesforce implementations
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with project artifacts such as Requirements Traceability Matrix, Solution Design Documents, User Stories and Test Cases
- Knowledge of Salesforce system configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise tools
- Must be currently based in and legally eligible to work in Canada and can show proof of citizenship or visa
- Bilingual fluency in verbal and written French and English is a strong asset
- Salesforce Business Analyst and other platform certifications are a plus
- Background in consulting, enterprise applications, or digital transformation is a plus
