What you’ll do
- Write code for microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and hardware communication interfaces.
- Optimize your code for performance, memory usage, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers and mechanical engineers to create unique products.
- Participate in code reviews and author RFCs with our experienced software staff.
- Utilize cutting edge service and developer platform tooling to improve your code quality.
- Research new hardware products, and take prototypes to production.
- Participate with open source projects to utilize and share core components.
What we’re looking for
- 5 years of experience in low-level software engineering in C and or C.
- Embedded systems experience, STM32 and ESP32 digital and analog peripherals usage.
- Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of low-level networking and wireless systems (LoRa, WiFi, BTLE, etc).
- Experience with FreeRTOS and Zephyr is a plus.
