Job Responsibilities :
Evaluate, provide treatment, and develop requisite plans of care for outpatient physical therapy patients.
Communicate with leadership to aid in the development of company best practice.
Relationship building : focused attention on individual relationships with patients and referral sources.
Willingness to learn statistical / data tracking software. Able to achieve company productivity requirement.
Proficient in both hard and soft skills in regard to patient care and case management.
Requirements :

It’s imperative that you feel capable to solve issues in real-time and to help support your leadership and teammates in daily operations of the clinic.
Qualifications
Doctors degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice in PA
