Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
- Input, update, and maintain accurate data in the company database.
- Verify data accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security protocols are followed.
- Respond to data inquiries and requests from team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to support data-related initiatives.
- Perform regular data quality checks and audits to ensure data integrity.
- Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance data management efficiency.
Attributes and Experience Required:
- Strong data entry skills
- Good level of experience in data entry validation and or similar
- Extremely attentive to detail and organized
- Able to maintain confidentiality of records and information
- Experience in communicating with key organisational stakeholders
- Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
