Job Overview:
We're seeking a talented and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through sales excellence by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling presentations and drive sales momentum.
- Work closely with Strategic Alliances to build and leverage partner relationships in the HCM ecosystem.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in selling within the HCM/HRIS and Global Payroll managed services space.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment.
- Direct experience working with Large multinational/global Enterprise clients, selling into c-suite.
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to and usage of at least one recognised Sales Methodology, preferably MEDDPICC or similar.
