Title : Technical Lead (Flutter, Java and AWS)

Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in Flutter for mobile app development, iOS and Android applications, and experience in deploying applications on the App Store and Google Play Store . The ideal candidate will have strong backend experience with Java and be proficient in managing infrastructure in AWS Cloud . You will be responsible for leading the development of a healthcare marketplace platform.
This role requires both strong technical capabilities and leadership experience, as you will manage a team of engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the full development lifecycle from architecture to deployment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Mobile App Development :
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms.
Ensure seamless integration of mobile apps with backend services and APIs.Oversee the process for app deployment and updates in App Store and Google Play Store , ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.Backend & Infrastructure Management :Build and maintain robust backend systems using Java and Spring Boot to support the marketplace platform.
Design scalable architectures and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).Oversee continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines and automated testing frameworks.Team Leadership & People Management :Manage a team of engineers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and career development.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of product features.Promote an agile development culture, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.Drive technical discussions and decisions around architecture, scalability, and best practices.Deployment & Operations :Oversee end-to-end deployment processes, ensuring smooth, efficient, and secure deployment to AWS Cloud.
Implement monitoring and performance management tools to ensure high availability and optimal performance of mobile and backend systems.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.Key Skills & Qualifications :
Technical Expertise :8 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Flutter and mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms.
Proven experience in Java development and working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS .Experience with App Store and Google Play Store deployments, and mobile app compliance management.Proficient in designing and managing cloud-based applications using AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control systems (e.g., Git).Leadership & People Management :3 years of experience in a leadership role , managing and mentoring software engineers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment, leading sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed technical decisions quickly.Bonus Skills :Experience in the healthcare domain, particularly in building healthcare marketplaces.
Familiarity with data security and compliance standards in healthcare, such as HIPAA .
