Job Title : Project Manager with Hospitality / Hotel Industry exp

Description : We need to hire a Project Manager / Scrum master for BookNow team, below is the requirement :
Main focus areas :
- Work PST hours, and collaborate with English Speakers
- Solid Project management skills, demonstrated experience of at least 5 years
- Excellent communication skills, ability to understand the full picture of each deliverable, call out impacts to timelines, able to articulate risks & mitigations
- Strong dependency management - track, understand, follow up on dependencies
- Good level of expertise with Jira, MS Office & Confluence
- Should be able to handle multiple high priority projects concurrently
- Stakeholder interaction has a professional demeanor in handling stakeholder feedback, ability to work through impediments
- Taking meeting notes, pay attention to details & post action items clearly
- Should attend / understand scrum ceremonies, work with team on priorities
- Experience in Agile & Waterfall methodologies to deliver projects
- Solid scrum knowledge
- Understand sprint priorities and have focused discussions on that during ceremonies
- Capture team metrics capacity, velocity, etc
- Understand impediments, document those where needed
- Should be able to handle multiple scrum teams
- Should be able to work with Program Management in providing information on progress made on priorities, projects, etc
