Government and private ventures chase these benefits to the tune of $500B every year, but it is hard going for those doing the actual work—margins hover at 5%; 3 out of 4 jobs run over budget; and ancient software prevents builders from getting faster or more efficient.
Overview—
As the Account Executive for CloudRig, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. To succeed, you must be a confident hunter, relationship-builder, and closer.

This is a full-cycle sales role that offers compensation on a 50/50 split.
What you bring to the table—
- A driven, analytical mindset
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a SaaS sales role.
- Exceptional communicator, able to sell our value to everyone from CEO to foreman.
- Familiarity with heavy civil, earthwork, or utility construction is a plus but not required
What you will do—
- Run Outbound: ID targets, make calls, send emails, and engage at events and on social media to build pipeline.
- Advance and Close: Own the sales process, including discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
- Close the Loop: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to refine messaging and share market feedback.
- Learn and Grow: Be an expert on our product, industry trends, and customer needs to communicate value effectively.
