Position Overview
Clouds is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Office Assistant/Receptionist to manage back end/front end operations and provide general administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interactions, is highly organized, and can handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and assist customers, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Phone & Email Support: Answer and direct calls, respond to emails, and assist with inquiries.
- Scheduling: Help coordinate appointments, reservations, and event bookings.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records, organize files, and assist with daily office duties.
- Order & Inventory Support: Assist in tracking office supplies and placing orders.
- Petty Cash & Payments: Handle small transactions and track petty cash usage.
- Website & Social Media Updates: Assist with minor updates on the Clouds website and social media pages.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, hospitality, or customer service role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospitality environment.
