Job Title: Center Administrator (Admin)
Contract – 13 Weeks (With Possible Extension)
Guaranteed Hours - 40 hr.
Pay rate – $48/hr. - $50/hr.
Shift – 8 am-4:30pm (Mon-Fri)
Location – Mount Olive, NC
Must be - Must have the ability to work on weekends if needed or be on-call

Job Summary: The Center Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operation of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while providing high-quality care to residents. This role involves leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with clinical and administrative staff to promote a positive environment for both residents and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards and licensing requirements.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective measures to enhance profitability.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to residents, implementing improvements as needed.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise nursing and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.
- Resident Relations: Build positive relationships with residents and their families, addressing concerns and enhancing overall satisfaction.
- Program Development: Develop and implement programs and activities that promote resident engagement and improve quality of life.
- Community Outreach: Engage with the community to promote the center’s services and foster partnerships with local organizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in healthcare management, particularly in long-term care settings.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
