Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will lead our nursing team, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all nursing operations within the facility
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care to residents
- Manage and mentor nursing staff to promote professional growth and excellence
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance resident care services
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided
Qualifications
- Experience in home health, nursing homes, or hospice care settings
- Familiarity with resident rights and medical terminology
- Understanding of physiology and medical records management
- Proficiency in Medicare regulations
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a healthcare setting
