We’re seeking someone who is a quick learner, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative, all while thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You will be required to be in-office full-time in our Atlanta office in Buckhead.
The Day-To-Day
CloudTrucks is a virtual trucking carrier in the multi-billion dollar trucking space. Core to this industry are over 3.5M truck drivers. They move more than 70% of all goods transported around the U.S., yet operate in a highly fragmented industry with huge opportunities for products, services and automation. The Day-To-Day
- Conducting cold and warm calls to onboard shippers as clients
- Coordinating and managing the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery
- Negotiating rates and contracts with customers to maximize profitability
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Tracking shipments and providing regular updates to clients
- Ensuring all operations comply with industry regulations and standards
- Resolving customer inquiries and addressing any concerns swiftly and professionally
- Using transportation management systems for data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with internal teams to streamline transportation processes
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brokerage sales, with a proven track record
- Strong operational knowledge of the trucking and brokerage industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
