We are currently seeking expressions of interest from Contract Administrators / Senior Contract Administrators for a major social infrastructure opportunity in Perth which aims to deliver lasting benefits and create a positive legacy for the people of Western Australia.

Your focus will include:

  • Managing the preparation and submission of interim progress claims and final accounts, ensuring timely payment.

  • Overseeing subcontractor payment claims, variations, contractual claims, and final accounts in line with subcontract terms.

  • Providing expert advice on contractual issues to delivery and management teams.

  • Assisting the Contract Manager with the preparation of monthly reports.

  • Compiling and analysing cost-related information, identifying trends, and making recommendations.

  • Ensuring target cost estimates and project procurement procedures adhere to standards.

  • Managing project risks related to claims, variations, and delays while proposing process improvements.

  • Preparing reports and delivering timely and accurate contractual documentation.

  • Working collaboratively with team members and ensuring alignment with overall project goals.

What you will bring to the team:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Law, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract administration on building projects.

  • Strong knowledge of contract and commercial/finance management principles.

  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Well-developed time management and collaborative skills, with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.

  • A valid White Card and a commitment to health and safety best practices.
