Join our team in Perth as an IT Systems Coordination Expert! You'll support the Area IT Systems Coordination Manager by ensuring effective communication between IT systems and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
This critical role facilitates the adoption of digital solutions in regional operations, assists in managing IT system delivery, offers technical support to stakeholders, and coordinates with Webuild HQ’s competence lines. As a liaison, you’ll enhance project efficiency and operational effectiveness through seamless IT strategy implementation.

Your focus will include:
Assist project teams and stakeholders in managing the rollout of digital solutions from planning through implementation, adoption, and hypercare.
Facilitate gap assessment analysis between the standard software list and specific project requirements during the initial project phase.
Collaborate with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to identify project training needs and support the development of an effective training schedule for IT and project resources.
Analyze implementation and training feedback to propose continuous improvement ideas and enhance future training sessions.
Coordinate business analysis efforts and assist in scoping and gathering high-level functional requirements for projects.
Integrate change management initiatives into project plans to ensure smooth adoption of digital solutions and related processes, including developing process overviews, impact assessments, and communication strategies.
What you will bring to the team:
5 years of experience in IT business partnering, project management, or similar roles, preferably within the construction or engineering industries.
Relevant tertiary qualifications with strong analytics and reporting component or equivalent workplace experience is Essential.
Experience with construction software (e.g., BIM, AutoCAD, ERP) and an understanding of the specific IT needs in a construction environment.
Proven track record of managing digital transformation initiatives in a construction context is highly desirable.
