Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer

Your focus will include:

• Coordinating engineering works and ensuring effective control of technical, inspection, scheduling, planning, and quality aspects of the project.

• Providing planning and design advice on materials, resources, and construction practices to optimize value for money and achieve project success.

• Monitoring and managing the operational aspects of project delivery, ensuring compliance with site-specific management plans.

• Overseeing documentation flow and ensuring all parties work with current and accurate project documentation.

• Reviewing subcontractor construction programs and integrating critical areas into the overall project schedule.

• Managing cost control and preparing project reports to ensure budget alignment and timely delivery.

• Identifying and addressing risks and opportunities within the project to achieve or exceed budgetary targets.

• Leading and supporting site staff to foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.

What you will bring to the team:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant tertiary education.

• Preferably 5 years of experience in a construction/engineering environment, with relevant construction experience.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate and program actions effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative work relationships and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and organizing work tasks, with high attention to detail.

• Working knowledge of HS&E requirements and their implementation on-site.

• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
