Subcontracts Manager

Work with an Australian Iconic Brand.  Joining our team, the Subcontractor Manager will be responsible for all commercial and contract matters relating to two major projects in Western Australia.

Who you are

Your focus will include:

• Develop and maintain a project subcontracting strategy
• Tendering and formation of all subcontracts
• Review project budget and ensure adequate allocation to subcontracts to reflect subcontracting strategy on project
• Defect claims, cost control, forecasting, project risk and reviews

What you will bring to the team:

• Tertiary qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, law, construction management and economics (CM&E) preferred.
• 5 years as Commercial or Contracts manager on large value engineering/construction projects.
• Extensive experience in managing subcontracts within lump sum projects or projects which require extensive management of performance and delivery risk.
