Submissions Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Submissions manager to join the BD team in Perth! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining all leads and opportunity data and managing ROI/EOI submissions, including undertaking market analysis and strategy development as required.

Your focus will include:

• Work closely with the EVP and business development leads to support and stay abreast of all prequalification activities

• Coordinate and prepare expressions of interest and registrations of interest documentation, including leading cross functional teams to deliver compelling and competitive proposals.

• Manage teams as required when multiple EOIs are being undertaken

• Create and maintain Client Relationship Management Plans

• Prepare strategy documents and presentations as required

• Market Analysis as needed

What you will bring to the team:

• Previous experience in proposals and submissions (essential)

• Previous experience in business development for a Tier 1/Tier 2 organisation (desirable)

• Experience in the Construction industry (desirable)

• Strong proposal writing and editing skills (essential)

• Intermediate level Excel skills (desirable)

• Builds strong relationships to drive the business forward

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to enable effective communications with all stakeholders
