We are looking for a front desk team member who can greet our patients and improve their experience at the office!

The following will be the responsbility of this position. We can train and help you achieve following accomplishments as long as you have the aforementioned requirements.
*Provide excellent customer service to patients.
*Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism.
*Deal with all inquiries both in person and on the telephone in a polite and professional manner.
*Schedule patients for efficient use of doctor and staff time.
*Establish a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients including keeping the reception/waiting area tidy at all times.
*Check-in patients, verifying and updating patient information.
*Have patient complete paperwork and enter all pertinent patient information into practice management software, acquire the necessary signatures.
*Make follow-up appointments as needed.
*Confirm the next day's appointments.
*Billing Support.
*Collect patient fees and/or co-payments at the time of treatment.
*Update insurance information on all patients at all times.
*Input, maintain and update accurate patient records and documentation including patient's personal information and insurance/eligibility status in the practice management software and dental chart as needed.
