Clover is a beloved Boston-area vegetarian restaurant chain and meal box delivery company. We currently operate 11 restaurants in the Boston area, a Commissary Kitchen in Cambridge, a local Meal-Box delivery program. In the years ahead, we’re looking to expand across New England (and eventually the United States) in order to transform the American food system. We source sustainably from local farms and artisanal makers in order to make the most delicious food possible—and fight climate change at the same time.
Clover is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing world-class service for a customers. The ideal candidate is an energetic individual with a passion for food and a desire to drive positive change. You will create a warm and welcoming impression and remain professional and courteous while handling multiple tasks with many interruptions. We are looking for someone who can work 2 hours/day every day of the week any time between the hours of 2PM EST and 5PM EST. This role will be predominantly remote. Access to resources for remote work is required (a quiet environment and reliable internet access).
This an hourly role and you will be reporting to the CMO. We're interested in local candidates only who currently reside in Massachusetts.
DUTIES
- Manage phone calls (both outbound and inbound) and text correspondences to Clover's meal box program customers
- Utilizes data management systems to record feedback, answer questions, and escalate inquiries
- Manage inbox and email correspondences
- Other duties as assigned

- At least 1 year experience of customer service related experience
- Proficiency with G Suite
- Concise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to talk and engage with customers
- Able to maintain integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic
- Punctual, with great attendance
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work on the weekends
- Have a passion for food, a positive attitude and a willingness to work to high standards
- Starting pay at $16/hr
