Overview
Clover Health Services is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a 13 week contract in St Lawrence County NY. This is a 36 hour a week night shift contract. This role is crucial for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and comfort while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Duties
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate medical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, procedures, and post-discharge care.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, utilizing critical thinking skills in high-pressure environments.
Qualifications
- Current NY Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 1 years recent experience in an ICU setting or similar critical care environment required
- BLS ACLS PALS certifications required
