Job Summary
The House Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of a residential facility, ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for all residents. This position involves supervising staff, managing case files, and coordinating community care services. The House Manager will work closely with residents to promote their well-being and support their individual needs.
Duties
- Resident Monitoring; Conducts periodic checks of residents and makes appropriate log entries.
- Communicates residents behavior/Interactions with house manager or counseling staff.
- Keeps residents sign in/out sheets current and timely.
- Filing, Copying, Answering phones, And any other office duties that are assigned.
Requirements
* Highschool diploma or Equivalent
* Drivers license
* Social Security card
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
