What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Administrative Assistant & Office Manager position at Clover Investment Properties?
Clover Investment Properties is looking for an Office Manager/Marketing Assistant/Executive Admin to provide critical support for our growing business. Clover is a commercial real estate development and investment company, with properties in West and Central Florida (and beyond). We are small and collaborative, with high ambitions and higher ethics. We are seeking a self-starter who is persistent, pleasant to work with, dependable and cares about the quality of their work. Ideally, the candidate has worked in a commercial real estate setting before. In this entrepreneurial environment, job responsibilities are dynamic but will primarily include:
- Managing all aspects of the full-service office Clover occupies, along with co-tenants
- Scheduling and executing company and office events
- Preparing marketing materials and managing marketing resources (e.g., Costar, Crexi, etc.)
- Assisting in administrative efforts around leasing, due diligence, deal closing, accounting, legal, etc.
- Maintaining web and social media presence for Clover
- Leading the management, booking, and maintenance of vacation rental properties
- Assisting with executive scheduling, travel, and various administrative functions

Requirements –
• 2 years Associates Degree or higher preferred
• 4 years of administrative experience and/or related background required
• Knowledge of property management, real estate or related industry preferred
• Advanced PC skills
