CEIS | Clover Leaf Solutions is looking for a Health and Safety Technician to provide crucial support in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards. This senior-level position involves assisting with various sampling activities, inspections, and implementation of health and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and skills in industrial hygiene, health physics, and data management, with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist health and safety professionals with sampling activities and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with Laboratory and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate implementation of health and safety requirements.
- Perform field, laboratory, and/or data management activities.
- Apply extensive knowledge and skills to complete specialized tasks.
- Develop solutions to complex problems requiring creativity and independence.
- Contribute to group accomplishments with valuable insights.
- Exercise considerable latitude in completing assignments.
Requirements:
- High school diploma and four-to-six years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
- Experience in industrial hygiene and safety, including sampling techniques and PPE understanding.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse workforces.
