Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the LIHTC Senior property, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and LIHTC guidelines
- Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts promptly
- Facilitate property leasing and certification processes
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi for efficient record-keeping and data entry
- Lead and train staff to maintain high customer service standards and property maintenance
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- A high school diploma or equivalent
Additional Information
- Develops and implements new strategies and programs designed to ensure long- term residency
- Oversees collection of revenues and handles delinquent accounts
- Makes regular inspections of apartment community
- Handles evictions and landlord liens
- For all on-site personnel, is responsible for training and job performance
- Recommends transitions and promotions for on-site personnel
- Adheres to and implements all company policies
- Audits the lease files as required
- Implements scheduled rent increases
- Oversees payment of invoices
- Assists in budget preparation
- Monitors parking lot for unauthorized vehicles
- Motivates staff
- Informs residents of work progress or delays
- Other duties as assigned

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
