As a Leasing Concierge, you'll play a vital role in helping prospective tenants find their ideal home. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for potential residents, highlighting features and amenities of available units
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Application process, including documentation collection and background checks
- Ensure accurate completion of required paperwork
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and damage documentation
- Address resident concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high tenant satisfaction
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient operations and policy adherence
- Utilize property management software (e.g., Yardi) for accurate record-keeping
- Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to local businesses
- Continued communication with prospective residents
Requirements
- Previous experience in property leasing or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with facilities management and office administration tasks
- Strong conflict management skills for handling tenant disputes
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications for data entry and record-keeping
