Clover Senior Care & Home Health Care is now hiring a Home Health Aide. Clover Senior Care & Home Health Care is a provider of home health care and services clients in Marion county and all surrounding counties and our office is based in Carmel, Indiana. The Home Health Aide, is under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, performs patient care as directed by way of a written plan of care and in accordance with state practice guidelines.

Looking for an experienced Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living & personal care.

Home Health Aide Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL's) and follows clients' plan of care accurately.

• The Home Health Aide complete's all documentation appropriately and on time in accordance with Clovers policy and procedures.

• Reports any changes in clients' health both physical or mental to the DON/ADON.

• The Home Health Aide provides personal care including but not limited to bathing, shampooing hair, shaving, oral care, dressing, changing linens, peri care, light house keeping, meal preparation, taking vitals, & med reminders.

• Transfer clients in and out of bed, bath, wheelchair and/or vehicle. Utilizes equipment safely and effectively to meet client needs.

• The Home Health Aide engages the client with meaningful conversations, provides emotional support and companionship.

• Follows company guidelines: Dress Code, Attendance, HIPPA Compliance, Communication with Clients, Family Members and Clover Staff.

• Responds to emergency situations.

Requirements for Home Health Aide:

• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, & reliable transportation with valid registration.
• Positive, motivated, and eager to learn!
• CPR certified (Don’t worry if you’re not certified now! We have resources to help).
• Proof of a TB test within the last year.
• 1-2 years of experience.
• HHA Certification
