Mid-Market Sales Representative

What does a successful Mid-Market Sales Representative do?

The Mid-Market Sales Representative at Fiserv plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional financial services technology to customers. This position is ideal for motivated inside sales professionals who thrive in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment. Joining our tenured Mid-Market team means being part of a collaborative group capable of closing deals of any size. What You Will Do

  • Conduct product demos and expertly address objections, showcasing in-depth product knowledge.
  • Identify and recommend Fiserv products or services that meet customer needs, presenting and promoting offerings to existing customers.
  • Maintain and manage an organized sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM, recording all customer interactions accurately.
  • Engage customers confidently over the telephone, leveraging outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborate with software partners to expand their businesses and provide outstanding customer service.

What You Will Need To Have

  • 3 years of sales experience in a results-driven environment.
  • High school diploma and/or GED.

What Would Be Great To Have

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent military experience.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or a similar system for sales pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 2 years of experience in the payment industry.
