Position Overview

As the Admissions Coordinator, you will serve as the face of Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in the community, working closely with hospitals, referral sources, and families to promote our center and facilitate smooth transitions for incoming residents. Your focus will be on fostering relationships, promoting the exceptional care we provide, and ensuring that every resident and their family feels supported and informed throughout the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources, and community organizations to enhance the visibility of Aliceville Manor Nursing Home.
• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries about admissions, providing timely and accurate information about our services, programs, and policies.
• Coordinate and oversee the admission process, including pre-admission assessments, documentation, and communication with families and residents.
• Collaborate with nursing, social services, and other departments to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition for new residents.
• Represent Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at community events, health fairs, and other outreach opportunities to promote our mission and services.
• Monitor census levels and develop strategies to maintain optimal occupancy rates.
