As a Financial Services Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of resident trust funds and reconciling them with our bank accounts. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will play a vital role in supporting our residents' financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities of a Financial Services Assistant :
Overseeing resident trust funds and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and documented. Conducting regular reconciliations of resident trust funds with bank account statements to ensure accuracy and accountability. Collaborating with other staff members to address any discrepancies or concerns related to resident trust funds. Providing support and assistance to residents and their families regarding financial matters and inquiries. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information. Participating in training and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices and regulations in financial services for healthcare facilities. Other duties as assigned.
